How much does the 45 Minute Cosmetic Assessment cost?
The 45 minute cosmetic assessment is $50. Once those spots are taken, the session returns to the standard $249. There's no obligation to book further treatments it's simply our way of introducing ourselves and showing you what's possible for your skin.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Just come with a clean face if possible, no makeup is ideal so we can get the most accurate assessment. If you can't, don't worry, we can work with that too. We'll ask you some questions about your current routine and skin history when you arrive.
Where is the clinic located?
We're located at Shop 14/38 Orchid Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217, Goldcoast Queensland 4217. Our clinic hours are Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm, Saturday - 9:00am - 2:00pm, Sunday – CLOSED
How is this different from a regular consultation?
This session goes beyond a standard appointment. We take more time to understand your goals, assess your suitability for different aesthetic options, and create a personalised plan that’s tailored specifically to you. It’s a deeper, more structured approach designed to give you clarity and confidence before moving forward.
How long does the session take?
The full Skin Discovery Session runs for approximately 45–60 minutes. This gives us the time to do a thorough skin assessment, have a real conversation about your skin, apply your personalised mask, and walk you through your bespoke treatment plan.
Will I be pressured to buy anything?
Never. Our philosophy is to educate and empower you, not push products or treatments. Your therapist will present options that could help your skin, but there is zero pressure to commit to anything during or after your session.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your preferred appointment time. We'll send you a reminder before your session and answer any questions you might have leading up to it.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Of course! You're welcome to bring someone along for support. We'd just ask that they're happy to sit quietly during the facial assessment portion so we can give you our full focus. They're more than welcome to book their own free session too!
